De1111ion:

This position is to be taken on by an
Intern who is responsible for assisting corporate access team for coordinate
conferences and road shows and assisting sales people in processing and
confirming customer transactions and providing administrative support to sales
people in the aspects of client development and service. The duties and
responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:

1.　　   
Works closely with equity sales
team and research team and also with corporate and institutional clients and
vendors across numerous events. 

2.　　   
Assist corporate access team to
propose budgets for road shows and events

3.　　   
Prepare conference packs, book
and coordinate air and ground travel and hotel arrangements, and help
coordinate schedules, logistics and details for non-deal road shows, corporate
days, conferences and other events across the company’s equity product.

4. 　　Collecting and recording market information;

5.　　   
Maintaining client databases
and research lists;

6.　　   
Compiling statistical information;

7.　　   
Other administrative responsibilities
as require.

Education

1.　　   
Bachelor/Master’s Degree with
finance-related major from a prestigious university.

2.　　   
2017 Bachelor’s Degree with direct
admission to master study without entrance examination is preferred.

and Abilities

1.　　   
Good communication and problem-solving
skills;

2.　　   
Professional mannerism and
proactive working attitude;

3.　　   
Good command of PC skills, esp.
Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access;

4.　　   
Ability to work efficiently
under pressure

Qualifications

1.　　   
Good command of English;

2.　　   
Previous work experience in
financial institutions is preferred.
